best of the decade: the movies (#100-#91)

Thanks to a pretty stellar crop of flicks over the past 10 years, I was able to compile this list of my personal favorites from 2000 to 2009. They are, of course, highly subjective, jam-packed with emotional and sentimental favorites, and missing a few that I've somehow managed to miss. So I fully expect to disappoint, but I'll give it my sincerest shot:

Dreamworks Animation
dir. Mark Osborne & John Stevenson
with Jack Black, Dustin Hoffman, & Randall Duk Kim

99. Saved! (2004)
United Artists / Infinity Media / Single Cell Pictures
dir. Brian Dannelly
with Mandy Moore, Jena Malone, & Macaulay Culkin

98. Waitress (2007)
Night and Day Pictures / Fox Searchlight Pictures
dir. Adrienne Shelly
with Keri Russell, Nathan Fillion, & Adrienne Shelly

97. Strangers with Candy (2006)

Broadway Video / Relativity Media / Universal Pictures
dir. Michael McCullers
with Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, & Greg Kinnear

95. Shattered Glass (2003)
Lions Gate Films / Cruise-Wagner Productions
dir. Billy Ray
with Hayden Christiansen, Peter Sarsgaard, & Chloe Sevigny

94. Superbad (2007)
